Limitations of Liability – San Limo will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Refund Policy – In order to request a refund, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Penalty for No-Shows or cancellations NOT done in advance will be charged the FULL Fare amount. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.

Extended Time/Unscheduled Stops –San Limo has a 10 minute grace period for all time overages. Any waiting time more than 10 minutes will be charged at the hourly rate of $55.00. All stops must be pre-arranged before the pick up occurs and has a fee of $10.00 per stop.

Lost Items – Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid by the owner. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc. is, indeed, yours.
Note: Be extra careful with small items; these are left in our vehicles most often (cell phones and sunglasses, in particular)

Gratuities – Private vehicle rates do not include a gratuity. Tipping is optional, but is much appreciated by our drivers.

Pets – Pets will ONLY be allowed (if in a kennel and we are notified at time of booking). No pets are to be let loose in our vehicles under any circumstances (With the exception of guide dogs). Some passengers have allergies to different things (Animal Odors, Animal Hair, etc.) therefore, we have to be considerate to other’s health and respect their need to have an enjoyable and a safe ride.

Damage to vehicles or service items – Passengers causing damage to vehicles or service items during a ride are directly and fully responsible for any and all cleaning, replacement, or repair costs. No exceptions, whatsoever.

Alcohol/Illicit Substances Policy – No passenger is permitted to have any kind of alcoholic beverages, illicit substances in the vehicle at any time. In deed there is no-smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) in our vehicles. The chauffeur will terminate the charter immediately without refund if he or she observes any illicit substances or alcohol.

Confidentiality – All information obtained from our transportation guests is held in strictest confidence. We do not, under any circumstances, make names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or any other personal information available to any outside companies.
